Obituary for
Juan Troncoso
Juan Troncoso, 87, of Johnstown, CO passed away March 28, 2018 at Life Care Center of Greeley. He was born November 27, 1930 in Seguin, TX to Modesto and Rosa (Gonzales) Troncoso.
Juan grew up in Seguin where he attended school. On June 23, 1962 he married Rosa Senaida Maestas at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Greeley. He was a foreman for Great Western Railroad for over 41 years.
He enjoyed fishing, gardening, cooking and barbeques. He would walk all over Johnstown. Juan liked to keep busy and was always tinkering. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Johnstown.
Juan is survived by his wife, Rosa of Johnstown; daughters, Juanita (Robin) Stuart of Colorado Springs, CO, Catherine Creighton, and Patricia (David) Ramirez all of Greeley; grandchildren Carolyn (Danny) Cruz, Rochelle (Rudolfo) Cruz, Steven (Cydnie) Bejarano, Andrea (Brian) Tellez, Matthew (Ashley) Creighton, and Daniel Ramirez; great grandchildren, Dominick, Isabella, Gabby, Michael, Jaysen, Lea, Ana, Kylie, Kayden and Emilia; brothers, Robert (Wanda) Troncoso and Luis (Hortencia) Troncoso of Johnstown.
He was preceded in death by his parents and seven brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Monday, April 2, 2018 followed by Recitation of The Rosary at 7 p.m., both at Adamson. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 1000 Country Acres Drive, Johnstown. Interment will be in Johnstown Cemetery.
