Obituary for Bernd Herbert Heyse

Bernd Herbert Heyse, 57, of Greeley passed away August 12, 2017. He was born in Germany on August 20, 1959 to Armin Karl Hermann and Wilma (Buhler) Heyse. The family left Germany to seek freedom in America and his father enlisted in the U.S. Army.

Becoming career military, the family moved throughout the United States. Bernd then enlisted in the U. S. Air Force after graduating from high school.

On July 21, 2001 Bernd married Vickie Ann Heyse.

He worked as an electrician and later for Teletech.

Bernd loved horses, computer work and was a devout member at Fusion Church.

Survivors include his wife, Vickie Heyse; father-in-law, Don McWilliams and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and stepson, Mike McWilliams.

Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 23 at Fusion Church, 815 14th Street, Greeley. Memorial gifts may be made to “Fusion Church” in care of Adamson Life Celebration Home, 2000 47th Ave., Greeley, CO 80634. Friends may leave condolences at adamsoncares.com.
