Obituary for RJ Seader

RJ Seader, 66, of Greeley, passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at his home. He was born May 23, 1955 in Brush, CO to Paul and Paula Zita (Wiessmann) Seader and grew up in the Wiggins area.

A 1973 graduate of Wiggins High School, he went on to work for the Wiggins Telephone Association. He later worked for Valley Feed & Seed and lastly for Trinidad Benham Corporation Greeley Plant, retiring in May 2019.

On August 19, 1973, he married Bridget Ann Wehrer at the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer in Fort Morgan. They moved to Evans in 1987.

He was an avid walleye fisherman, woodcarver, enjoyed fabricating and welding, shooting sports and Jeep and Harley enthusiast.

He is a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ.

Thankful to have shared his life are his wife, Bridget; children, Tim (Julie) Seader and Shellee (Jason) Ramos; granddaughter Emery Seader; mother, Paula Seader; sister, Sonja (Rich) Klein and brother, Tony (Tammy) Seader as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul.

Visitation will be held from 10-10:30 a.m. Thursday, October 14, 2021 at St. John’s UCC followed by Life Celebration at 10:30 a.m. Interment Linn Grove Cemetery with a luncheon to follow at the church.
