Sending prayers of comfort to you all. She was an amazing, hard working, kind and beautiful lady. I still have the pizza pan and roller from 1974, a bridal shower gift, which I have treasured more as each year has gone by. She always had time to talk to me as a child on our mountain picnics. She was a gentle soul. You have Joe and my deepest sympathy.

My Mom, Christine Dick, worked at Baylys with Herta. Mom wanted to send her condolences and to let you know she was very fond of Herta. She said that Herta was such a hard worker but always very nice to her. Mom received a letter from a relative and it was written in German, she could understand some of it, but she took it to Herta to get it translated. I believe they worked together 12 yes. My mom is 102. She doesn't remember many people from Baylys but no trouble remembering Herta. Sending prayers of comfort to the family.... Kathy Gallegos

Dear Cousins. I am so sorry for your loss. Your Mother was a very special woman. I have many memories of her and they are all good. Your Mother was very talented and I really enjoyed her cooking and admired her wonderful sewing. She was always very kind to me. I remember she gave me a gift of money when my daughter Danielle was a toddler. I still remember the dress I bought Danielle with the money.
