Polly Ann Wallace, 78, of Greeley, passed away on November 3, 2018 in Greeley, Colorado. She was born to William and Helen (Washburn) Cameron on June 1, 1940 in Galion, Ohio.

Polly proudly served in the US Navy for 4 years.

Polly loved her Pepsi! She enjoyed craft work especially needle point. She had a great sense of humor and will always be remembered for her amazing cooking. Polly dedicated her life to care for her disabled daughter and was an amazing caregiver.

Polly is survived by her children, William (Joan) Wallace, Rhonda (Edward) Button; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Polly was proceeded in death by her husband, Ronald Wallace; Daughter, Lisha Wallace; parents; and brother, William Cameron.

A graveside memorial will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado in January 2019.
