Obituary for James "Jim" White

James (Jim) D White 82, of Greeley, CO passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at NCMC of Greeley. He joined his one and only true love and bride Charlotte White in Heaven.
James was born to David and Helen White on December 31 1935 in Peckham, CO. In 1954 he graduated from Greeley High School. He served in the Marines from 1956 to1958 as a Crew Chief on A Sikorsky Helicopters. In 1958 to 1962 he was in the reserves. He married Charlotte Fields of Collinsville IL on March 12, 1963 in Greeley.
He resided in Peckham, Fort Collins and Platteville from 1976 to 2013. He then at Greeley Place Retirement from 2013 until the time of his death.
He pursued a passion for sales. He worked for Tony’s Pizza, Rust-oleum and Ideal Music. He owned several businesses, and retired from the Greeley Tribune. James had an incredible since of humor, he enjoyed family time, bingo, gardening, bowling, reading, gambling in Black Hawk and playing cards with friends.
James is survived by his sister Donna Todd. Daughters, Julianne Randolph, Brenda Joseph, and Bonnie White, Four Granddaughters Daphneann Randolph, Amanda Frisk, Marissa White , Megan Mallory five grandsons Dwight Randolph, Michael Chacon, Marcus Chacon, Justin Joseph, Jacob Joseph and two great grandsons Alyxander Frisk, Canon Chacon.
James was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and four sisters.
A Memorial Service will be held 11:00AM Wednesday March 14, 2018 at Adamson Chapel. Inurnment will be at 2:00PM at Mizpah Cemetery in Platteville on Wednesday as well.
